Today was supposed to be 18 miles, but I just couldn't. Humidity is listed as 100% and by the time I got home the thermometer was recording 81. To make it worst, my route was in the sun for almost half of it. To add insult to injury, Ariane was getting nervous I was not back sooner and came to find me and brought me home in the car...

Let's hope my recent performances on long runs are not a trend.
