dead

This thread has been pretty dead recently...not sure if that is because everyone is preparing their caves for hibernation or what. But I figure there is only one way to make this an active blag again...

I've been trying to do some longer runs recently. Yesterday I ran out to the west side and headed south:

It was a little cold for just a t-shirt but trying to keep the pace up kept me warm. Running south on the west was easy going and totally fooled me...when I turned around the wind was right in my teeth. And even at these non-bike speeds wind takes an obvious toll.

Google Maps says it was 2.4 miles in one direction. For the 43 minutes it took me for a round trip I get 6.7 mph...man that's slow...

Lol, I ran slower than you this weekend, and munged my knee to boot. Is it possible to injure yourself by running too slow???

Nice job getting the blog back up and running Dan!

Glad to see you're still running around over on the continent, B.
