Faro Running

Today: 30 min. run.

2 days ago: 20 min. run.

Two days ago when I tried to run I went in a direction that had a huge hill and that killed me early. Today I went somewhere that was flat and thus could do a more reasonable 30 min of slow [aced running.

My cardio is in pretty pathetic shape.
