dynamic squat stretching
6x3 shoulder press (45, 65, 85, 95, 105, 115[dna])
4x3 deadlift (135, 185, 225, 275)
Just rolling back to the gym, still trying to recover from various little injuries. Right hand flexor strain is almost fully recovered, but hip flexor is still strained and shoulder issues are still there. Really felt the shoulder issues on the press, might lay off the bench for a little while.
Appropos of nothing, really, I realized the other day that though I've always wanted to label Brian a hipster, in fact he may have been an Accidental Chinese Hipster all along:

That web site is hilarious. Next week K, gym together? When are you going?
I'm going to try and go consistently most of the week, not sure about Monday yet but it's possible as well.
