Warm-up:
burpees, situps
dynamic squat stretching
5x3 shoulder press (45x5, 65x5, 85x1, 95x1 then 5x100)
2 rounds (45# plate):
10 weighted decline situp
10 standing plate twist
10 overhead walking lunge
10 weighted back extension
Short and sweet today, squat rack was taken so did presses and some core work. Switched to 5x3 to try and get past 100#, will push this until I can seesaw back to 3x5.

Nice progress on the shoulder press. I find it discouraging how little weight I can handle on these.
Ha, believe me most everyone feels that way.
Agreed - I always feel so measly weak doing presses. Leverage really works against you in this motion.
