First J.T.

HSPU (smith machine assist)
ring dips
push ups

First attempt at J.T. today. Holy crap I forgot how much harder ring dips were than regular dips. Still, I was glad I checked this out last night so I could bring my rings in from home. It's something I've been meaning to do and just never got around to it. Also, now that they're here I can do ring dips (and other ring exercises) whenever I want! I also remembered to bring my Tabata timer so maybe some intervals will show up in the future.

Having a locker at the gym is niiiice.
