Tried to do a little too much today...
Warm-up:
dynamic squat stretching
3x5 low-bar back squat (95x5, 135x3, 185x2, 225x1 then 250/250[f4]/250[dna])
2 rounds:
10 supermans
10 situps (abmat style)
10 plank walk-ups
Lower back really feeling the weighted extensions from yesterday, none of the warmup weights felt steady, especially in the lower portion of the lower. Lost the 4th rep in the 2nd set trying to get out of the hole, and called it a day.
250 is a 5RM PR for me, but should have been able to get all sets. Shoot for 250 again next time (not tomorrow - will front squat if G wants to squat).

Sounds good. I never front squat, so it will be interesting to try it.
Sure thing. If you want to back squat, easy enough for me to front squat and you to back squat in alternation.
