Warm-up:
dynamic squat stretching
3x5 low-bar back squat (45x5, 95x5, 135x3, 185x2 then 3x220)
5x3 bench press (45x5, 75x5, 105x3, 135x2 then 5x145)
1x2 frenchies
25 decline situps
Squats felt pretty solid, better than I expected. Really focused on locking the core and keeping the back angle stable on the way down, felt much tighter in the lower back. Switched to 3x5 bench, will try this for a while - no way I would have put up 5 reps @145 today.
