5 weighted pullups (10)
20 decline situps
Shifted my schedule around so I can bench with G tomorrow. Squats are getting heavy but got all reps. The last set actually felt better than the first two, though the final rep almost stalled. The weight is heavy enough now that any unsteadiness unracking or setting up really makes a set tough. Go to 235 next session.
Presses HPCed from bench rack. Just couldn't get the last rep up, will try 100 again next time. Pain/inflexibility in the right shoulder is becoming limiting at these weights.
