(Re)start?

Warm-up:
- 5 minutes running 8 mph pace.

- 5x5 high bar squats: 145, 190, 200, 210, 215
- 5x5 bench press: 115, 145, 150, 155, 115

- 20 minutes rowing. Tension at mid-point, 3350 meters.

I have not been training for a while, partly because I had been going with a group, but our schedules have not been compatible recently. I decided it was time to try and dedicate myself to a solo schedule, and today was day 1 of what I hope to be a twice per week morning regimen.

I hate benchpressing without a spotter, it really makes me nervous, so I find it hard to push to the limit.

The rowing was miserable, I could not get any speed, the legs, the back, and the arms felt weak.

Are you lifting in the AM at Coles? Maybe we can meet up there, work the bench together - I hate benching w/o a spotter too...

I am planning (hoping) on going on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30.
