3x5 low-bar back squat (45x10, 95x5, 135x3, 185x2 then 3x210)
3x5 shoulder press (45x5, 55x5, 65x3, 75x2 then 3x85)

20 bench press (65)
20 decline situps
15 bench press (75)
20 decline situps

Squeezed in a quick session after work at Coles. B and I spoke about speeding up time in the gym the other night, kept the time between reps to 4-5 min without feeling it in the lifts. Squats slow on last reps of each set, not quite stalling yet; felt solid though, to 215 next. Bar muscle cleaned for the presses, felt better with each set - to 90 next time.
