Warm-up:
court jogs
dynamic stretching
Burgener warm-up

4x[3 snatch balance + 3 snatch] (45, 65, 75, 85[f])

2 rounds:
5 toes to bar
10 dumbbell swings (55#)
10 push-ups

Just getting in and moving a bit, bombed out of the snatch balance at 85 but felt like poor technique. The snatch balance is helping the positioning at the bottom of the snatch, but there's so much dynamic movement going on in the full snatch that I'm having trouble putting all the pieces together. Will rotate some more OHS into the mix for accessory strength.
