1x5 deadlift (135x5, 185x5, 225x3, 275x2 then 295x5)
Super tired from a virus, so 1x5 deadlift - no more, no less. Still working back up to max lift weights (315x5 on 3/15/10, 345x3 on 12/10/09, 375x1 on 12/30/09). Felt good while I was lifting, pretty sore right now...

Too sore to climb tonight?
No way I had the endurance to last longer than 30 min, just wanted to get in and do something. Always feels better while I'm doing it, but the feeling fades pretty quickly...
