Shanghai mini

Having done basically nothing except occasionally running since early May, I'm very very out of shape. So, to begin to get back into the swing of things I hit the gym this morning and did a 20m run on the treadmill (2°, 9kph) and then 5x3 squat (smith machine, 100Kg). Did 5x10 inverted push(pull)-ups and some minimal work with dumb bells. I think I'll try to find something from the blog to try to tomorrow. BTW, the blog is blocked in China--ssh tunneling required post and look for workouts! I guess we should feel privileged as something we've posted is too controversial or 'dangerous' for one billion+ people...

Sounds like a decent gym there, you can get a lot done with dumbbells and bodyweight work. If you search on the tag 'workouts' there's several older posts on travel workouts...
