Back in town

Warm-up:
bb court sprints
dynamic stretching

3x5 bench press (45x5, 65x5, 95x3, 105x2 then 115/125/135 x5)

3-3-2-1-1-1 power snatch (2x95, 105, 110, 115, 120)
4x5 hang power clean (65, 95, 115, 135 [f3])

3 rounds:
2 box drills (half bb court)
10 reverse crunches

Back in town after what feels like months of on and off traveling, am going to try and get back to the gym more consistently. Hot as hell in Coles, but it's better in the AM. Meant to squat today but the rack was taken so just moved things a bit - felt pretty rough, especially on the Oly work.
