Squats and sprints
Warm-up:
front squats
good mornings
3x5 low-bar back squat (45x5, 95x5, 135x5 then 185/195/205 x5)
"Death by 10 meters" (compare to 091010)

With a continuously running clock, sprint ten meters the first minute, 20 meters (down and back) the second, thirty the third, and so on and so forth until you are unable to complete the number of 10 meter down and back efforts required for the round.

2x15 bench press (45, 95)
Just a little work to get back in the flow of things after time away from the gym (travel/ice climbing). Took it easy but felt great to be lifting. Not, however, to be sprinting again.
