Oly by golly

warm-up:
dynamic stretching
Burgener warm-up

6x3 [1 power snatch + 3 OHS] (65, 85, 95, 105[f3], 105, 115[f2])
3x5 hang power clean (3x115)

Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
3 pull-ups
6 push-ups
9 squats

Trying to get back to the gym more regularly. OHS felt better than I thought they would, lost a rep forward @105 due to balance, 115 was a little heavy at the end. Focused on getting the pull from the shoulders and upper back on the HPC, worked out well. HR 164 at by the end of the pull-ups/push-ups/squats.

The 3, 6, 9 is brutal. What a way to come back to training!
