Warm-up:
hang power snatch (to doubles at 125)
hang snatch (135,145,5x155 [f1-2])
back squat (high-bar; 190,225,235,245,250 [dna])
Messed around with Crossfit Harlem, a 2" rope hung over the pullup bar. Pullups, L-pullups, and worked up to a double with a 65# DB.
A bit disappointed with the squats, but lower back a bit fatigued, so I decided not to hurt myself.
