Warm-up:
back squat (lots, with pause to 2x185)
3-2-3-2-1-1-1-1 back squat (high-bar; 225,235,235,245,245,255,260,265)
5x3 snatch deadlift (135,165,185,205)
Squats felt pretty good. Endurance was lacking today, but initial reps and singles felt strong. Minor glute/hip twinging that went away by cueing knees out.
