16-10-8 chinups
Finally some decent lifts after two shitty workouts this weekend. Squats felt strong, but I was pretty sure that the fifth rep at 260# wasn't going to happen so I didn't attempt it. Finally understood Rippetoe's knees out cue; back felt good and depth was legit.
Good times in the back today. Real powerlifters in the racks; saw a guy work up to repping 355# his very first time doing good mornings. Ridiculous.
