Warm-up:
1 & 1/4 back squat (high-bar; to 3x185)

3-3-3-2 back squat (low-bar; 225,245,265,275)
2-2-2-2-1-2 rack pulls (2nd pin, straps; 365,405,425,445,455,455 [belt])

3x13 glute-ham situps

Still working through all the residual soreness from the half-marathon. Today the muscles running along the front of my shins were really fried. Left knee almost 100%, but I didn't want to push it with too much squat volume.

Rack pulls felt really strong. I threw the belt on for the last set cause 455 felt really heavy! For future reference, pulling from the second pin has ~10 inch range of motion for me. The distance from my hands to the floor when I am standing is ~28 inches, and the bar sits at about 9 inches off the floor for the deadlift, so the 2nd pin is almost exactly half-ROM for my deadlift. I plan to lower to the next pin in a week or two, followed by some pulling from the floor.
