Warm-up:

3x1 clean + push jerk (145#)
5x2 back squat (high-bar; 225,235,3x245)

Looks like a back-off week over at the Performance Menu, so I jumped onboard. Snatches real ugly (should have been lighter, but no bumpers); I think I rushed things a bit. Cleans were easy, and I really liked the push jerks. Less stressful than the split cause I'm not worried about my back foot landing badly.

Did some handstand pushups at the end elevated on dumbbells. Turns out that full ROM HSPUs (shoulders to hands) are much harder than head-to-ground HSPUs. I think that extra ROM will nicely benefit the first few inches of my press.
