Warm-up:
overhead squat
back squat (high-bar; to 2x225)
hang power snatch (to 2x105)
4x1 hang power snatch (115,125 [full],125,130 [full])
6x1 power clean + push jerk (135,145,155,2x165,170 [full, no jerk])
Power snatches felt decent. I can usually only land with almost no squat or a full squat, but at 125#, I got somewhere in between. Power cleans were easy, probably could have gotten one at 170# with some more focus, but the push jerks were getting a little heavy.
