Holy crap that sucked. Wobbly, sluggish and all-around ugly lifts. I don't think I've ever failed a clean before? On the brighter side, I missed a snatch by dropping the bar behind me. I guess that the fear of dropping a barbell on my head is slowly diminishing? Will reduce the weights a bit and work on technique for the next few sessions.
Discovered that handstand pushups are easy though (against a wall of course). That was a surprise, I'd never done them cause, well, people stare. But when a bunch of people try, well then, it's a party. So fun I will do a qualifier WOD with HSPUs tomorrow ( WOD #2 from the Great Basin Qualifiers).
