Warm-up:
good mornings
overhead squat

4-3-2-1-1-1 back squat (low-bar, belt >= 275; 225,245,255,275,285,290)
3x1 clean & jerk (push; 2x135,145)
2x1 clean & jerk (split; 2x150)

2-2-2-2-1-1 rack pulls (2nd pin, straps >= 405; 315,365,405,425, 2x445 [f1])
5x5 handstand pushups

Moved some weight to stretch out some stiff muscles. Rack pulls felt nice (2nd pin = top of kneecap). Lungs feel congested ever since the run Saturday. Allergies? Hope it clears up by the race. Lots of foam-rolling and stretching at the end.
