Warm-up:
good mornings
hip mobility
back squat (high-bar; to 3x225,3x235)

5x5 floor press (135,4x150)
4x12 seated calf raises (70,3x95)

Tabata rowing (damper set to 4):
8 intervals of 20 sec work followed by 10 sec rest
BL: 885 meters

Rowing was incredibly painful. Flopped off the rower at the end and biceps and quads immediately started burning. Took a long time to recover, and spent quite a few minutes simply trying not to puke.

I'm always impressed by how bad rowing can be. I need to do more of it...

I'm entirely cognizant of how bad rowing can be. That's why I think tabata rowing is one of the worst ones out there...

You're nuts, B.

Hey, what do you do for hip mobility?

Rowing is definitely the worst. Tabata sprints is also very bad. I bet Scott remembers the first time we dragged him to the roof of Coles for that?

Not sure about names, but I do a fair amount of stuff demonstrated in this video.
