Week ender

warmup: 45, 65, 95
workout: 105, 110, 115, 4x120

3x12 overhead press
2x70, 70 (push press 8-12)

Had the intention of doing the crossfit WOD today (Nancy), but I knew there was no way I could hold onto everything by myself so I opted for rows and OHS, broken up. Honestly, after doing the rows I was tempted to just leave; I'd forgotten how much it burns! Ended up doing everything I intended. I actually put up more weight on the OHS than I was expecting which was a pleasant surprise. Last time (1/16/09) I did 5x5 at 95 and it was rough.

On another note, I notice we don't title our blog posts as much these days. It makes it harder to access the link when you want to link back to something because you can't click on the title to access the specific post. I used to be able to get to it from the comments, but now that opens up a separate window without jumping to the actual post. Am I missing something painfully obvious?

Edit: Yes, I was. You can click on the post time. However, if you're viewing the blog while searching multiple tags, you're still not able to click to the post you want and have to find it in the text.
