Warm-up:
back squat (to 4x185#)
10x3 back squat (low-bar; 225#)
4x6 barbell row (135,155,175,185)
Needed to get my mind off of writing. This did the trick. Not so hard that I was seeing stars, but hard enough that I sure felt it by the end. Low-bar a bit out of practice, and I kept dropping too deep in the beginning.
