5x1 shoulder press: (95), 115, 120, 125, 125(f), 120, 115
5x3 push press: 2x135, 140, 2x145
5x5 push jerk: 135(f1), 115, 4x125

row 2k, 2:10/500m pace

Felt really weak today. Had a weird performance compared to a few months ago. Overhead presses were about the same, push press improved dramatically, and my push jerk dropped a helluva lot. Maybe I'm still getting over the cold. Not a bad performance today, but I feel like there should have been more improvement all around.

Well, the jerk is much more technique-dependent than either the press or the push press, so it's possibly just the offtime.

Your strength sounds fine...
