Opposites attract
A quick workout this morning to get back into the upper body conditioning.
warmup:
2x10 standing adductor/abductor #110
barbell complex #65
5 rounds (~for time):
5x shoulder press #95
5 strict pull-ups (subbed kip+negative: 0, 0, 2, 2, 3)

Felt good to work the shoulders and get into pull-ups again. I simply need to work the upper body regularly,
