front squats
warmup:
3x10 of pullups, squats, pushups & situps
workout:
5x3 front squat
SS: 135, 4x155
ED: 135, 2x155, 2x165
ED continued working on KTE, pullups, and 30 sec 90 degree hangs
Came in for a quick gym run this morning. Hadn't seen front squats in a long time, but I'm pretty sure 155 was more than I could usually do. I guess those back squats have generalized a bit!
Edit: Apparently the last time I did front squats was over a year ago.
