Bodyweight snatch

Warm-up:
plate swings
hang snatch (to 115#)

5x1 snatch (135,140,145,150)
2-1-1-1-1 clean (135,155,175,190,200)
3x2 back squat (high-bar; 225,2x235)
4x2 split jerk (95,115,135,145)

Lifts felt really snappy today. No misses! Plus I nailed that elusive bodyweight snatch! The downside though is that both my snatch and clean are starting to be limited by my squat (which I sandbagged today). I feel like my pulls would be good for at least another 10#, but that I would probably start missing by getting stuck in the hole. May be time for a strength phase.

The Harlem Crossfitters were in action today. They're tons of fun. I'm really grateful for having them around.
