7x3 full squat C&J: 2x135, 135(f3), 4x95
Wanted to come back to Oly lifting today. The first two sets of C&J were hard but doable. In the third round I started tweaking my shoulder and decided to drop weight. I had no shoulder problems at 95 so I assume that I was strong enough to keep good form at that weight. Next time I should be able to stay at 135 the whole time.
After lifting I met up with Heather and Linnaea at the gym and helped them work on their deadlift form. Prior to this they had been focusing on the Romanian DL and wanted to start pulling from the floor.
In other news, NIDA called and offered to fund my NRSA from a year ago! Woo bailout!
