Texas, week 5, volume
Warm-up:
good mornings (65, 75)
overhead squat (65)
back squat to 185
5x5 low-bar back squat (205)
1x10 Turkish get-up
3x5 weighted pull-up (25)
A little case of food poisoning over the weekend left me feeling a little sore and achy this morning, particularly in the lower back, so I kept the increment low (5#) over last week. Had to take a double breath before the 5th rep of most sets, but didn't stall very badly. Can go up next time (215?).
