Get on Up

run 10 minutes on treadmill
7.5-9.0 mph, 1.0 incline

3x5 (per arm) turkish get-up / windmill combo, 25#plate

I had forgotten about turkish get-ups. Almost dropped the weight on my head a few times. I also forgot about the funny looks you get from people while doing them.
