Bouldering, bouldering, and some more bouldering

Late afternoon bouldering session at Coles on Thursday. There were some new problems which was nice. There are two new red which are very hard. When I woke up on Friday I was still sore, which had not happened to me in very long. I suspect its because I have not bouldered in a long time.

Friday I finished the day at the Palladium where I met Shilpa who usually climbs at TRC. We did some bouldering and finished with one TR. The bouldering problems were challenging but not very inspiring.

Saturday I spent the afternoon at the New Jersey Rock Gym with Joanna, Jess (two Coles climbers) and 3 of their friends. It was a great session. Worked all sorts of problems: slab, overhangs, vertical, etc. And all sorts of levels (one of the slab problems was V4 which was nice because we rarely get to practice hard slab indoors). I also did one V5 and one V6 that were both vertical, I think those are personal best (although the grades might have been too high). We finished it off with some Mexican food, yummy.
