Was going to cycle back onto the Performance Menu WODs today, but ended up working out with the future of Crossfit Harlem. I've never before had a group of people come up and ask if they could work in on my snatch. And I've worked out alone for so long that I've forgotten how fun it is to have people around who are all trying to do well at the same thing. Glad to finally meet the Crossfitters in the gym; I usually amuse myself in between sets watching other people freak out at the shit they are doing. Like burpees, handstand pushups and sweating.
Deadlifts strictly for form practice. I was worrying that all the cleaning was going to fuck up my deadlift start position. Felt nice.

Likely every now and then, and I'd join up just to use the bumpers, but I can't afford the rate (~150$/mo) on a postdoc's salary.
Trying to work back up to the 5x360# I had before tweaking my back.
