Texas, week 3, volume
Warm-up:
good mornings
overhead squat
5x5 back squat (195)
Cool-down:
2x20s advanced tuck lever
3x10 GHD situps (sub on elevated step)
Squats felt really good, especially the first few sets. Stalling out the last rep or two in the final rounds, but the mechanics felt solid. Can maybe go up 5# to 200 next week. I think I'll try to work some front and high-bar squats on the recovery day to keep the form intact.
