7x3 bench press
HD: 65, 75, 85 (f 3rd), 3x80, 80 (f 3rd)
SS: 95, 115, 135, 155, 165 (f 3rd), 155, 155 (f 3rd)
5x5 shoulder press
HD: 2x45 (pp 5th), 30, 35, 40
SS: 85, 95 (pp 5th), 90 (pp 4,5), 75 (pp 5th), 70 (pp 5th)
3x10/arm hammer curl
HD: 15, 20, 15
SS: 15, 20, 25
HD + SS: 50m walking lunges (HD w/ 2x15# db)
SS: 36 burpees
HD: 3x10 lat pulls (65, 2x75), 3x10 DB fly (10, 15, 20)
Did a whole bunch of stuff today. Most notably, I'm jumping in on that burpee challenge this time, so I had to catch up with those 36 burpees. The take-home message from tonight's session is that, yes, I am out of shape. Thankfully, I'm not that out of shape, so I could potentially be in prime form within a few months. Most notable weakness is in my legs. Those lunges killed me. I think squatting is next on the menu.
