2x25 good morning (bar)
4x15 halting deadlift (bar)
5x1 frenchies (5 sec counts)
Back rehab. The parts of the gym I never go to suck. Crowded with idiots, and the leg press machine is a complete abomination. Very hard not to go back to the squat racks. Must resist ...
I get pretty sloppy with the frenchies when doing multiples, so I backed it down to singles for good form with shorter rests between sets. See how that goes.
