Bringing some speed back
Warm-up:
OHS (to singles at 130#)
power clean (to 135#)
9x1 power clean & jerk (135,145,150)
Finished with lots of stretching and foam rolling the upper back.
Back continues to improve, so I decided to try some dynamic lifts today. Power cleans felt fine, although I wasn't dialing the pulls right and meeting the bar well. Think it's just a little rust. Unfortunately, only one in three jerks felt good; I wasn't finishing the drive and moving my feet fast enough. Sloppy.
