5x3 back squat (low-bar; 235,245,3x250)
5x5 bench press (3x135,135 [f rep 5],135)
3x3 clean pull (225)
3x5 deadlift (hook; 315)
Satisfying my desire for a plain old strength day. Squats felt good, although a bit high on the last reps of the last sets. Bench press felt surprisingly heavy! Deadlifts felt great, starting to engage the quads more at lift-off, which probably comes from the high-bar squats and the cleans.
