PMenu WOD, Day 5, Week 1, Strength 2

Warm-up:
back squat / snatch balance / overhead squat
Burgener warm-up

Performance Menu WOD 101808
clean & jerk (to heavy single; 3x135,2x140,145,150,155,160,165,170)
clean (185,190,195)
high-bar back squat (to heavy single; 3x185,2x225,245)

5-3-3-2-5 deadlift (135,225,315,335,355 [w/ straps])
3x strict pullups (12,10,8)

Skipped the snatch cause it's in no shape for maxing out. Jerks started to get sloppy around 165-170, so I continued on with the cleans, which were relatively easy at that weight. Happy with 195, but I was surprised that the hardest part was coming out of the hole. Weird cause I can front squat quite a bit more. I guess more freakin front squats?

Deadlifts were real ugly at 355. Need to rehab that movement, I'm using too much back. I'll have to video next time.
