PMenu WOD, Day 3, Week 1, Strength 2

Warm-up:
back squat (alternating low- & high-bar; to triples at 225#)

3x(3,2,1) front squat (185,195,205)
3x3 snatch pull (135,2x155)
split jerk (to single at 145)
2x1 split jerk (120)

Christ, what a brutal cycle! Looking forward to the rest tomorrow after all this volume (and I've been skipping all the metcons ...). Just to be clear bout the notation, that's 9 total sets of front squats, 3 sets of triples at 185, three sets of doubles at 195, etc. All those sets made the singles pretty heavy (~80% 1RM). Jerks felt sloppy, definitely need to video these.

Met another Westside-style lifter today. When I left dude was squatting doubles at 405# with ~50# of chains. And he was still adding weight. Damn.
