Texas, week 13, intensity
Warm-up:
back squat (doubles to 225#)
3x2 back squat (265)
2x1 shoulder press (125)
3x1 deadlift (365 [s], 385 [s, f at lockout], 385 [s, f at shins])
Real happy with the squat and press. I may have been shallow on the very first squat rep, but everything else was solid (albeit second reps were hard). It seems like the bench gains are carrying over to my press; I hope it'll carry me all the way to a BW press. Deads sucked cause I forgot the mother-fucking chalk again.

I(heart) chalk, and never leave home without it. Nice press numbers - making jumps with that is extra gratifying because pressing is just so HARD.
