Lone Star Lapse: Texas, week 3, volume

warm-up:
back squat to 185

5x5 back squat (195)

cool-down:
5 court sprints
100 days of burpees 30

Getting back on track after a several week lifting lapse due to assorted travels. Haven't actually squatted for volume since week 1, and meant to go 5# lighter but apparently adding numbers is a little tough in the morning.

Squats felt surprisingly good, but I'd like to get a little video to confirm the low-bar technique. Noticed my knees tracking out late in the squat but was able to correct. Almost stalled on the 5th rep of the later sets - should be able to go up 5 next week, hopefully.

Nope, not even close, and didn't even try today. Think I am going to make it one long day o' burpees very soon (like tomorrow).

I now have to break it into 2 sets (I did 30 today) and they are not making my tendon feel any better! I really can't imagine doing 100.
