Warm-up:
20 burpees
deadlift to 235
Just form work with the deadlifts today, reps @ 235
Cool-down:
18 burpees (100 Days of Burpees 38)
Didn't want to push too hard after climbing and lifting yesterday, intensity day tomorrow. Deads felt okay to work at 235 but need to get back on that train. Burpees on 38 today, but I have a backlog hanging over my head...

Good luck with that burpee challenge. I can't imagine working up to the full 100 days, but I've been practicing them a lot more lately, as I really need to suck less at 'em.
You should start getting rid of your backlog soon. You don't want to be doing penalty burpees on day 100!
I am hoping to stay on track this weekend but it seems harder when you are away and there's work...

The less-sucking is the whole reason I started on these, the hard part is actually keeping to the schedule - especially with travel and work craziness (and climbing trips). I can feel the burpee work transferring to shoulder press, though, so there are dividends.
And yeah, Guillaume, the backlog is intimidating - I'm just trying to stay on track for now... It helps to spread them out through the day, sort of a necessity on days I can't make it in to the gym. Stay on them!
