High altitude reps
Warm-up:
SS: 3x10 push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups
KL: 15 burpees
5x5 bench press (50# db's x5)
5x5 weighted pull-ups (35,25,10 med ball in lap,25,25)
Did what we could with the available health club equipment at The Canyons. I was still a little sore from yesterday's climbing, but it was good to get a little lifting in after the nonstop academics and whatnot. The medicine ball round was a dubious invention borne of high-altitude thinking, but it sort of works as a weighted L-pullup and was a nice change of pace.
