Burpee update

100 days of burpees 6

Just a quick for my own records. After all the climbing yesterday, forgot to hit the burpees yesterday. Made up for it today with 5 and 6 reps. Trying to do them continuously, but with a little more control than during metcons: making sure I have the body rigid and controlling the drop down to the pushup to avoid sagging into the ground.
