Texas, week 6, volume
Warm-up:
back squat (triples to 185#)
5x5 back squat (200)
5x5 shoulder press (3x90,2x85)
5x5 chest-supported row (80)
Squats were tough, but good depth throughout. Stay at this weight for another week. Left knee is starting to feel the increased squat volume (this may also have been due to some excessive jump-roping); may be time for a back-off week soon. Presses OK, try for 4x90 next week. Swap power cleans back in.
